Margarine 或俗称菜油,其实是植物油做的。本来植物油本身是没什么问题,而且对人体也好。问题就出在植物本身的性质本来就不容易保存,很快会变酸变坏掉。所以科学家就研究并采用了hydrogenated的方法把这些菜油改造使与氢化,变成固体。而这种固体消化后溶入血里是很难被分解出来的。集在血里的油就会慢慢把血管给阻塞了。。
