今天是家长日。我答应了帮忙教学生瑜伽。自从我完成了第一级的TTC后，今天是我第一次教导学生做瑜伽。长达两小时的瑜伽课在不怎么准备下还好可以顺利完成，不至于有些什么差错或意外。我教的学生平均是form 1，2，3的学生。相信健康方面还好。只是有点出乎意料的是以他们那么小小的年龄，他们的柔韧度竟然比我想象中的差。当我教他们做拜日十二式的时候。。“咿呀，哎哟，哎呀！”的哭叫声不绝于耳。嘴巴囔着再做就要进医院了。。

wah.... you are really a teacher. You are not only teaching yoga but also teach people to put name in comments. Haha.. It is so nice.. TTC.... the teacher'a name of yoga? How can you become a yoga teacher. Is it need to go through a test? who is your teacher? which school? You use english or chinese as your teaching language?
chien yiing: you can actually replace ur name with the anonymous.
xiaomek: TTC means (Teacher Training Course). My instructor is Dhanya and we got a Master who will always guide us and evaluate on us. We won't call it a test, but we will go through evaluations for different levels. For me, I will just mix with english and chinese. In fact, we learn to give instruction in english.
