Scorpion Pose



今早,上瑜伽的时候,master让我们做了这个Vrschikasana - Scorpion Pose(见左图)。这个姿势我从来都没做过eh!!其实很多瑜伽的姿势并不是做不到,往往只是还没克服自己的心理障碍,是我们预先断定自己做不到,或是那个姿势真的是有点太恐怖了不敢做。
今天的scorpion pose我就是那样。因为没做过,所以觉得很恐怖不敢做。由于我们只是刚开始学,所以master只是叫我们先在一个墙上试。就是先学怎么用脚力把脚连身体往后往上带到墙上去。这个动作其实蛮恐怖的。





结果我尝试失败了,因为我做错了,竟然不小心做到Salamba Sirsasana - Headstand Pose(见左图)去了(太好笑了,可能我还不清醒,没有get到正确的姿势)。而且,只是挺一下子就觉得好累。回到家半个小时后,还感觉到内脏怪怪的,那些内脏有被扭过的感觉。

瑜伽的姿势大概需要三个条件,柔韧性、体力及平衡。通常那些柔韧性的动作我都可以做(除了一字马)。平衡也还好。可是需要体力的我就惨(尤其是手力)。练瑜伽过后,我的手臂开始有肌肉了。不懂会不会变成肌肉女。。Oh no!!

xiaomek here. Wah. you are so great. I learned Yoga last time but i never dare to try the head stand pose. Besides, i never see Scorpion pose too! YOu are a Sifu now!!! Pei Fu Pei Fu!!!

xiaomek: no ar, no sifu yet. still a very long way to go. I had to lean against the wall when I was trying the stand post that time. Anyhow, I am taking the TTC course now.
